Restricted access

This site is for license technicians ONLY. By signing up you confirm under penalty of perjury that you hold a valid appliance/HVAC repairman license. If you do not have license, you must not use this website.

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. partsable.com reserves the right to restrict access to main areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at partsable.com’s discretion.

If partsable.com provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential.

partsable.com may disable your user ID and password in partsable.com’s sole discretion without notice or explanation.

Price Policy

All prices shown on search results page are subject to Payment Fee. For credit cards payment fee is equal to 5.99% of order total amount, for bank accounts - 0.99%. In case of supplier apply additional charge for the order, partsable will apply the same value for yours order and automatically charges yours payment source with email notification.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return with the following exceptions.
Processing/restocking fee apply for all orders with value depend to supplier rules but not less then 10%. You have option for select how to process return by self delivery, by UPS Drop off or UPS Pickup. To start return process just click button ‘return part’ at order details page.
Please pay your attention on Return authorization number. Wrong number may cause return refuse. Please contact our support team to obtain RA number

All parts purchased from partsable can be returned for credit within 60 days from date of purchase subject to the following terms and conditions.
  1. Specially ordered items are not returnable.
  2. Parts which have been installed or are not in resaleable condition are non-returnable.
  3. Electrical repair parts are non-returnable.
  4. All non stock / special order are non-refundable and non-returnable
  5. Items must have all original packaging and instructions.
Please send part back to supplier in 21 days.
In case if you are using self delivery option - provide please only correct Tracking number.
If part is not delivered within 21 days system will charge yours payment source for returned amount!

If the supplier rejects your part, the amount will be deducted from your account and you will loose the part or pay for shipping back
Please contact our support team if you have any issues with return processing.

Damage Reporting Requirement For Delivered Items: You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. To report damages and obtain the required claim number, call 310.289.1466 or contact us via online chat Mon-Fri, 8.00am - 2.00pm PST or mail us support@partsable.com

Broken part Reporting

If a part becomes defective within the manufacturers warranty period under normal use conditions, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements for the replacement part to be sent to your home or office.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they placed at supplier. In this case button ‘Cancel order’ available. Just click on it to process order cancellation.

Orders with a status of "Backordered" can be cancelled by click on ‘request refund’ button. Our support team will check if order available for cancellation at supplier refund will be processed otherwise it will be available for return when you will receive the package.
When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left suppliers warehouse and is on its way. Tracking numbers and other information may not be available right away. In this case you can not cancel order - only initiate return process on part receive. In case of part not delivered within 7 days from the date of it shipped you can contact our support team to resolve this shipping issue but not later than 14 days.

Limitations of liability

partsable.com will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or
loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply even if partsable.com has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

Exceptions

Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit partsable's liability in respect of any:

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of partsable.com; or
matter which it would be illegal or unlawful for partsable.com to exclude or limit, or to attempt or purport to exclude or limit, its liability.

Reasonableness

By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable.

If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

Unenforceable provisions
